SESSION with Life with Lou?

Thank you for wanting to be involved in one of my Model Call / Creative or Discounted session which will be a fun and artistic collaborative session with myself – Lou from Life with Lou Photography – and at times there may be another photographer (or a couple) with us. (You will be made aware or given as much notice as possible if others are joining along with the session).


This session is a collaborative session between us both which has the purpose of creating content / practising posing and lighting / trialing new locations and many more reasons. Even sometimes its purpose is to purely have a fun and creative session without limits. It does involve your commitment and trust to help make this all come together. So I appreciate your time and effort with planning, organisation and cooperation.

Your session isn’t confirmed until this form has been reviewed and accepted.


* Once you have been selected, I will get you to fill in this form, we will together discuss and select a date, confirm or discuss locations, discuss inspo and the creative ideas and intention of this creative session.

*Please also note that if you are booking a discounted fee creative session – these are usually heavily discounted and come with their own inclusions. Session fee will be due within 24 hours to confirm your session spot which is very limited.

* Please also note that any creative session fees are Non-Refundable for any reason, however your session will be rescheduled or replanned if there is any event that causes changes, weather, illness etc. Your creative session/fee is valid for 12 months from the original planned date.

*A session that is creative, artistic, fun and self confidence boosting. (You will leave on a high – we always have a lot of fun)

Creative Session T&Cs & Rescheduling Info



*By agreeing to this session – you are comfortable with any images to be shared across social media, websites. any marketing etc.

*You are agreeing to the type of style / inspiration / posing / clothing / nudity that is outlined and explained when enquiring.

* I will aim to share a sneak peak with you and also to my Instagram stories within approx. 48 hours – Usually i’m extremely to excited to edit these sessions, so sneak peaks come through quickly.

* Please be mindful that it is important to arrive ON TIME / EARLY for your session. We have usually scheduled specific timing to capture specific lighting / locations etc – so again important to be on time and prepared. Weather and sunlight can be very unpredictable at times / and can also happen very fast. Make sure to plan ahead with travel times and double checking locations in advance to be prepared.

* In the unfortunate event of illness / severe weather – we will reschedule the date / time to the next best available date to suit us both.

*Weather Reschedules – As this is a creative Session and I am after specific conditions – I will reschedule your sessions if any lighting, rain, wind, swell, tide or any other factors become unfavourable. I also do this for the best outcome for images and also the best interest for the health and safety of us both.

*Illness Reschedules – I ask if you or anyone in your household has been unwell with any kind of sickness/symptoms – (colds/flu/covid/gastro/vomiting etc/) – within the 7 days prior to your session – please reschedule and give me as much notice as possible. In turn – I will also reschedule if I have been unwell also.

*I also understand that unforeseen circumstances happen causing us to need to change dates, life happens. I just ask that you try and give me as much notice as possible / again I will do the same. (I also understand that we sometimes don’t get notice either.)


*If anyone turns up unwell, I will have to end your session prior or during. If your child acting unwell – sniffly, miserable etc this will also need to end your session. Plus the biggest thing – little ones/anyone really – are not happy when they are unwell and the last thing they want to be doing is a photoshoot – which then ends up a stressful session instead of a calm and fun experience. So its in the best interest of everyone, for everyone to be well and in their best health and moods. I trust your honesty here.


Rescheduling isn’t fun for either you and your fam or myself and my business. Its not ideal, its not something I enjoy nor want to happen. It does however protect both you and I against illness, weather, poor quality images, galleries and the safety of my equiptment. I do not want to provide anything that is poor quality – and would not feel comfortable doing this. I know these times can be incredibly frustrating and I appreciate working together to find the best solution moving forward.


However – hopefully everything runs smoothly and our chosen session goes ahead as planned!

*Turn around time for galleries will be up to 3-4 weeks.(However I do aim to get galleries out sooner – Full Sessions do take priority over Creative Sessions when it comes to final gallery time frames. ) – Please note some times unforseen circumstances arise that may take finalising galleries  a bit longer then expected also – thank you for your patience and understanding.

*Images – Life with Lou Photography does not under any circumstances give out any raw images to clients for any reason. Edited images are under my discretion – if there are images not up to my quality standard / eyes shut etc – these may be discarded. It is you (my clients) responsibility to download and save Images – Galleries are only held online for 30 days.

*Image Sharing – You are absolutely welcome and encouraged to share your finalised images – However please credit myself (Life with Lou Photography) where possible, and please share images as they are as it also goes against guidelines to share any images you have re edited / altered in anyway yourself / or added filters to.

*Locations – The client shall not share any of the location details with any one else – unless first permitted by photographer.
